I got the opportunity to do some traditional animation for this interactive for the Venom Exhibit. We wanted to showcase how a cobra uses it's venom to protect itself from an attacking mongoose. Visitors trigger the start of this animation by sticking their face into a little hole in the wall, and when the cobra strikes at the camera they get hit with a loud burst of air. It's a thrill! I did all the animation for this, but got some cleanup help from James Davidson one of the graphic designers in Creative Studio. In the video I've included some of the early storyboards and rough animation.
